Live Webinar -1: Visualizing Post COVID-19 World
Live Webinar -1: Visualizing Post COVID-19 World On May 1st. 2020. Speaker : Ambassador Pradeep Kapur. We are happy to report that our first webinar received overwhelming response. We had approximately 150+ registrations and in the last hour it reached to 215+ but could only accommodate 100 attendees due to the limitations of our license agreement. Despite this limit, somehow we had 112-116 attendees who asked for and got an extended 30mins with active and interesting questions. Amb. Kapur's remarks and insights were most appreciated by a diverse audience of folks from industry, NGO practitioners, people working as CSR officers, IIT professors, current donors, and many others. A quick analysis of the attendees appears that our attendees today consisted of people from India, Canada, the USA, UK, and a few from Thailand.Thank you all who partcipated in it. We are also happy to announce that the next event is on May 15 (Register here: https://bit.ly/2YJ9RA6 ) with Mr. Farid Khan, Chairman of the IEEE Smart Village Program in South Asia together with Mr. Ramchandra Rao Pappu, Program Director of Mission Samridhi, a highly regarded NGO in Chennai. COVID19 is significantly impacting the entire human race. There has been no incident since World War II where so many individuals across all the continents and countries around the world have been directly affected. The corona-virus cuts across all boundaries and distinctions, whether of race, class, religion, ethnicity or vocation. You Can also contribute and help Covid-hit Families
Funds collected will be used in supporting daily wagers who lost their livelihoods, by providing food or items for the daily needs of their families and helping our health-heroes, doctors, nurses and all healthcare workers by providing them PPE (personal protective equipment) kits, and other essential supplies. This is our duty towards the society we live in. No amount is small. Your generous contribution will make a positive impact to the lives of needy. Thank you for supporting this cause and everything you do for helping humanity. Best wishes from WHEELS Foundation Team!
